Contact the developer
RightCard is built by one person. Email goes straight to the developer — not a ticket queue — and every message gets read. Missing cards, wrong rates, ideas, questions: all welcome. Several of the app's features started as emails like yours.
Helpful to include (never required): your device, iOS version, and what you were doing.
Reporting a bug or requesting a feature?
Email works, or use the feedback form if you'd rather not open your mail app. If a card is missing, you can also request it right inside the app — Manage Cards → "Still don't see your card? Request it".
Reporting a security vulnerability
If you've found a security issue in the app, the Safari extension, or this site, please email support@rightcard.ai with "Security report" in the subject. You'll get a reply from the developer, and a fix gets priority over everything else. Our disclosure details are published at /.well-known/security.txt.
A note on what to send
Never include card numbers, account numbers, balances, or bank login details — we don't need them, we'll never ask for them, and RightCard has no access to your accounts. Real email from us only ever comes from support@rightcard.ai.
