Citi's gas answer depends on the card you hold. Strata Premier and Rewards+ carry a year-round 3. The Custom Cash earns 5% on your top category each month, which can be gas if that is where you spend most. The Dividend rotates.

Citi advertises it. We have not been able to verify it from two independent sources yet, so it is not in our table. That is our rule, not a judgment on the card.
