Fix the Safari extension

Updated October 9, 2026

Most problems are one setting. Find what you're seeing below.

RightCard isn't in Safari's menu

Check that the extension is on: Settings, then Apps, then Safari, then Extensions, then RightCard Offers Sync, and Allow Extension is on. Then close Safari completely and open it again.

In the menu, it's further down than you'd expect. Scroll down inside the menu.

It opens but nothing happens

Safari hasn't been allowed on your bank's website yet. In the same Extensions screen, tap your bank's website and pick Allow. Or tap Allow when Safari asks.

Your bank's app opened instead of the website

The extension only runs in Safari, not inside a bank's app. Type the bank's website into Safari's address bar and sign in there. If the app keeps taking over, long-press the link and choose Open in Safari.

You're in Private Browsing

Use a normal tab, or turn on Allow in Private Browsing in the extension's settings.

Activate all stopped partway

Your phone locked or you switched apps, which pauses Safari. Tap Activate all again. It skips everything already added and continues.

The page scrolled by itself

That's RightCard reading the offers. Banks only load offers as you scroll, so it scrolls to the bottom and stops. It runs only on the four supported banks' offers pages.

The app asks "Which card is this from?"

The bank's page didn't name the card, and you have more than one card from that bank. Pick the card once and RightCard files the offers there. On Amex, switching cards at the top of the page before you sync avoids it.

Offers synced but don't show in the app

Open RightCard and pull down on the Offers tab to refresh. If it says it's waiting for your account, create your free account on the Auto-Add page; your offers sync right after.

A card still says "Synced 5 days ago"

Only a full read of the bank's main offers list counts as a sync. Search results or a single offer's page don't. Open the full list and tap Sync offers.

Capital One or Discover doesn't work

Capital One offers pay through its own shopping links, so there's nothing to add to your card. Discover ended its card deals. Neither is a setup problem.

Haven't set it up yet? Start with Turn on RightCard in Safari.

Still stuck?

Email support@rightcard.ai and say which bank and what you see on screen. A screenshot helps. A person reads every one.
