What the extension can and can't see
Updated October 9, 2026
You sign in to your bank yourself, in Safari. The extension reads the offers on the page, the same things you can see, and nothing else.
What it reads
- Each offer's store, the amount or percent, and when it ends
- Whether the offer works online, in store, or both, when the bank says
- Whether you've already added it
- The card's name as the bank shows it, so the offer lands on the right card
What it never touches
- Your bank username or password
- Balances, transactions or statements
- Full account or card numbers
- Any website that isn't one of the supported banks
Where it runs
Only on the banks' own websites, and Safari asks you to allow each one. On every other site the extension does nothing.
Where the offers go
Into your RightCard account, where only you can read them. You can clear them any time in Settings, then Bank offers. The full details are in the privacy policy.
Still stuck?
Email support@rightcard.ai and say which bank and what you see on screen. A screenshot helps. A person reads every one.
