Sync and add offers, bank by bank
Updated October 9, 2026
Every bank puts its offers somewhere different. Here's where to go on each one, and what you'll see while RightCard works. Set up the extension first: Turn on RightCard in Safari.
The same steps work on every bank: sign in to the bank's website in Safari, open its offers page, tap the Page Menu button, then RightCard Offers Sync.
American Express
Amex Offers, at americanexpress.com
- Open Amex Offers for the card you want. Amex shows which card at the top of the page, by its picture and last digits.
- Amex keeps the offers you've already added on a second page. RightCard opens that page for you in the same run and reads it too, so the page moves on its own for a few seconds. Leave it until it settles.
- Activate all adds each offer right on the page. You'll see a green check appear on each one.
- More than one Amex card? Switch cards at the top of the Amex page and run it again. If RightCard can't tell which card the offers belong to, the app asks you once.
Chase
Chase Offers, at chase.com
- Open the card you want, then Chase Offers. Each Chase card has its own offers, so do one card at a time.
- Chase opens a confirmation page for every offer you add. RightCard taps the offer, waits for Chase's confirmation, comes back and moves to the next one. That back and forth is Chase's design, about a second and a half per offer.
- The full list (Chase's "All" view) is what counts. Chase's search results show only some offers, so RightCard reads them but won't use them to clean up offers that are gone.
Citi
Citi Merchant Offers, at citi.com
- Sign in and open Merchant Offers. Pick the card at the top of the page first.
- Citi loads its offers as you scroll, so RightCard scrolls to the bottom to read them all. That's normal.
- Citi sometimes refuses an offer ("Unable to enroll"). RightCard doesn't count a refused offer as added. Those are Citi's call, and they usually fail the same way by hand.
Wells Fargo
Wells Fargo Deals, at wellsfargo.com
- Sign in and open Deals.
- Wells Fargo splits deals into Available and Activated tabs. RightCard reads both on its own.
- Each deal you add opens a small details window. RightCard closes it and moves on.
Other banks
Capital One offers pay through Capital One's own shopping links, not your card, so there's nothing for RightCard to add. Discover ended its card deals. More banks are on the way.
After a sync
- Open RightCard. Your offers are on the Offers tab, grouped by card, and each card says when it last synced.
- Offers you added show ✓ Activated. Ones you haven't say so, with a link back to your bank.
- Counts can be one or two off from the bank's own number. Here's why.
Still stuck?
Email support@rightcard.ai and say which bank and what you see on screen. A screenshot helps. A person reads every one.
